D. Golden & Associates, Inc Spam PolicySPAM consists of one of three things: 1. The sending of unsolicited email - meaning that the recipient of your email hasn't specifically requested the information you are sending, and/or the recipient of your email hasn't specifically agreed to receive your email. 2. Inappropriate postings in the USENET Newsgroups - meaning that your post has nothing to do with the topic of discussion for that particular newsgroup. 3. Enrolling an individuals personal information at your D. Golden & Associates, Inc web site causing the automated marketing system to send them emails. If you are going to SPAM (as outlined above) you are not allowed to include any URL that either directly points to any D. Golden & Associates, Inc.com web page or to a page that links to any D. Golden & Associates, Inc.com web page. You are also not allowed to mention the name D. Golden & Associates, Inc in your emails. In addition, in order to be CanSpam compliant, all email messages must include the following items: * Your legal name or registered business name. * A current and valid email address that you check daily by which recipients may contact you or request removal. * Subject lines must not be deceptive to mislead the recipient as to the actual content of the email. * You must never forget the email headers. * A way for recipients of your email to remove themselves (unsubscribe) from future emails. If D. Golden & Associates, Inc is forwarded a spam complaint that links to your D. Golden & Associates, Inc web site and the above criteria are not found in your email then you risk immediate termination. Removal requests by the recipient must be dealt with immediately. D. Golden & Associates, Inc does not allow you to send further emails to the recipient after the first Removal request is received by you. We suggest you save all removal requests for future reference in case you are accused of spam. If D. Golden & Associates, Inc is sent a copy of a removal request and we have proof that future emails were sent to the same recipient you risk immediate termination. By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge you understand that if you violate our Spam policy your D. Golden & Associates, Inc membership may be terminated immediately and you will forfeit all unpaid commissions and access to the D. Golden & Associates, Inc Members Only Site. You also acknowledge that if your violation of this policy causes any damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business. It is important to understand that every web site, including D. Golden & Associates, Inc, exists on the Internet through the services of an Internet Service Provider (ISP). All ISP's are heavily regulated and take swift action when any of their clients are generating spam complaints. If an ISP is not responsible in dealing with such clients they risk having their business shut down. As a result, ISP's are very strict with their clients. As a result, D. Golden & Associates, Inc must also enforce strict guidelines to reduce spam. Not doing so puts thousands of D. Golden & Associates, Inc members' businesses in jeopardy of being taken offline by our ISP. So to protect you, your D. Golden & Associates, Inc business, and our business we require you to follow the D. Golden & Associates, Inc Spam Policy closely. To help reduce SPAM D. Golden & Associates, Inc has a Suppression List found in the Advertising section. Before you send even one email advertising your D. Golden & Associates, Inc business you MUST use the Suppression List. Any member caught sending email solicitations about D. Golden & Associates, Inc to an email address found on the Suppression List risks immediate termination. Ignorance is no defense where SPAM is concerned - when in doubt, contact us first. |
